Hello everyone.

I have an issue that I'm not able to solve.

I have two lists: one form to be filled by the creator and other one with a list of departments (not to be edited).

The form to be filled consumes information from the other list, Departments, where I can select one or many.

I'm starting an approval on SharePoint and in the e-mail received for approve the solicitation, the field Department (consult) doesn't return it consolidate. I tried to string it, but it delivers the information like this:

[{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":1,"Value":"102 - Advocacy"},{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":2,"Value":"104 - Comunicação"},{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":3,"Value":"130 - Comunicação ADM"}]

Could you please help me? How can it be shown the consolidated information?

Thanks,

Will

    Hi @gha085 ,

Please try to refer to the following method to get the lookup column value.

    • Initialize a string variable to store the value of the lookup column.
    • Append the Department value to string variable and end with a ";".

    Hope this helps.

    Hi!

Can you share a screenshot from your flow design, and also from your Sharepoint list column definition?

    Thanx!

Forgot to mention that if I select on the dynamic content the field Department, it automatically creates the box: Apply to each, sending the approver one e-mail per department. This is not ok, because these information should be only in one e-mail, not many.
