Hi community,

I have a monthly activity, where I need to simply export a table from a PBI dashboard with the xlsx format. I was wondering if there is any way of scheduling an automatic export for this one. I have tried the PBI power automate integrated button and it works, but it keeps the activity being manual, I would like to automate the data export from the specific table on the first day of each month, is that possible?

You can borrow the DAX for that table and then use the action "Run a query against a dataset". Then you could insert the table rows into Excel one by one, or use the Graph API for a bulk insert.
