Trying to Create a Flow - Automated Email

Good Morning,

I am trying to create an automated email flow. I need to have an email sent on a specific date, once during the day. The email is going to go to 2 separate distribution groups out quarterly and only need to go on the specific date. I have created a SharePoint List of the dates to read. I think I have figured the reoccurrence and the Get Items from SharePoint settings in the Flow, but getting tripped up on setting the condition for the email send. The email part is also pretty straight forward. Date format I am using in my list is MM-dd-yyyy. Just looking to get some directions as I am new to using Power Automate. Thank you,
