The following error occurs when one of my users uses the app:
"Something went wrong. There was a problem logging in."
How can I help?
Can the user login to Power Apps via a web browser on a PC? This will help determine if it is a phone app issue or permissions/licensing issue.
If they can login on their PC then I would get them to remove the Power App app from their phone and re-install it again.
If the fails then raise a case with Microsoft support

Try logging in Incognito mode of your browser. May be that helps.
