Salesforce to Dynamics 365 CRM Opportunity Failing.

(0) ShareShare

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

When trying to create a new opportunity in Dynamics 365 CRM when an Opportunity is created in Saleforce our flow is failing at the Dynamics CRM Step.

We are unable to see what the error is, as the error message is not helpful. We can see the data is retrieved from salesforce, however the insert into Dynamcis fails.

Any help or advice would be appreciated greatly.

We receive the error:

    Hi @Anonymous,

Error code 400 means syntax error.

Could you please share a screenshot of the Dynamics 365 CRM step for the configuration?

Please verify the syntax are all meet the requirements.

For the details about the Syntax requirements, check the document below:

    Dynamics 365

    For Salesforce, check:

    Salesforce

    Regards,

    Michael

Here is the screenshot of the step as requested.

The salesforce step is passing, and we can see the data returned from salesforce.

It is the Create a new record in Dynamics that fails.
