I've built a flow which runs when an MS Form is submitted. The form has an option to upload multiple files. The flow works OK and creates an item in an SP list and I also have a step to add the attachments to the list item which works fine. At the end of the flow I am sending an email with the uploaded form files as attachments. The attachments won't open from the email, if it's a word document I get "Word found unreadable content", if it's a PDF the file just won't open at all. I'm appending the file contents to an array variable and I think this is where the issue might be occurring. I

The files open fine from the list item in SharePoint so I'm not sure why they won't open from outlook. Has anyone ever come across this before?

I resolved this issue myself. I was being silly and had double quotes around File Content value in my array variable, I removed the double quotes and this now works.
