I am looking for anyone who has migrated a Power Pages site from Customer Self-Service Template (Standard Data Model) to Blank Template (Enhanced Data Model).
Which tool is best for this: Portal Records Mover from XRMToolBox, Microsoft Configuration Migration Tool (CMT), or PAC CLI?

Currently, we cannot convert existing website records to the enhanced data model. Only websites created after enabling the enhanced model will use it. While future functionality might allow migration, Microsoft hasn't announced any plans yet.
My advice to not do this step before the MS announcement as this will need to rework a lot of your configurations and will not be accurate.
