How to start my Copilot Studio in order to start the challenge?

I have finished watching the training videos, however I cant find the Option to start the Copilot Studio. I am looking to starting the Scenario A which is New Hire Welcome Messages.
Additional questions:
I need to monitor a DB, so I believe there will be a pre-created Source (knowledge) for me to use?

    You should be able to access Copilot Studio via the link below. It may prompt you to start a trial when you do this.

    In terms of monitoring a DB, you can monitor a SharePoint site with lists for Employees and Buddy/Managers.  Note that some students have reported issues accessing SharePoint so this is an issue that will hopefully be resolved very soon.
