I am unable to add and Edit CSS over PowerApps Portals theme option

Hi Community, 

 

I have an issue and would like to discuss it with you to have a solution for it. 

I have a portal, while navigating to the portal 'theme' option, the theme section keeps loading, not opening,
The steps I had performed are

1- Clear cache

2- Open portal into a new browser

3- Google search, and find a post, they said it might be due to portal updates into some regions. (that port was old 2020)

 

Please help me regarding this.

    Hi @Anonymous 

    There are two ways to fix your problem 

    1. Go to settings and enable portal for early upgrade. Alternatively, go to power platform admin centre and choose your environment and select portal and click upgrade. 

    2. Delete your portal and create a new portal while choosing name, make sure you select existing website record. Trust me all your work will be restored.

    Thank you @ragavanrajan. I upgraded the Portal but still don't have luck. I don't have the option to create another Portal as it is restricted to the Global Administrator, in my tenant. Thank you.

    Hi @brunex01 

    The easiest way is to delete and recreate the portal. Please provide the steps to your global administrator or helpdesk to create a portal on your behalf. 

    Remember to choose "choose from existing website record"

    I am having the same issue. The portal was already upgraded and I deleted then recreated the Portal using existing website record.

     

    The 'Themes' panel is just stuck on 'Loading...' It was working fiine last night so any advice would be great.

    If not, I suggest you to create a helpdesk ticket with Microsoft.

    Just a follow-up, Microsoft said it was a global issue. My tenant is working fine now. Cheers
