MySql Connector not working with Mysql version 8.0.32

Hi, We just upgraded our MySql server to version 8 and the connector stopped working with the error -

An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Character set 'utf8mb3' is not supported by .Net Framework.' inner exception: An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Character set 'utf8mb3' is not supported by .Net Framework.'

i know this can be resolved by upgrading Mysql .Net Connector to 8.0.30 but where to do this?

Or any other way to resolve this issue.
