Is there a way to add fixed text to a form so the users input is added to it?

We want to add the company email suffix @here.com to be prefilled so the user just types their name.

    Hi,

You can set the Default property of the text box to "@here.com" so that it appears as a prefix, allowing users to add their name.

If this isn’t quite what you’re looking for, could you please elaborate on your requirements with more details?

Thanks, is it the Text Input or the Text Label?

I'm actually really new to PowerApps. I have used ChatGPT to get some answers but not sure its completely accurate.

I want to create an online form submission for colleagues to submit their proposals. I want Some Fields to be stored in a Sharepoint List and All Fields to be saved into a word doc and linked from the list.

I know its probably over my head but I like a challenge.

Is it actually possible? And if yes, which is the best way to start it - build the list items and use as data source in PowerApps then add other fields.

Or all from scratch in PowerApps.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

So, you can do as below

    1. Define all columns in the SharePoint list as either text or date, depending on their type.
    2. Open PowerApps and create a new Canvas app project.
    3. Navigate to the data tab and click "Add data," then search for SharePoint.
    4. After selecting SharePoint, choose the previously created SharePoint list.
    5. Once connected, insert an edit form and select the SharePoint list you added.
    6. Next, go to the fields and choose which fields you want to display in the form.

    hey

you need to save all inputs you make from the app in sharepoint and then can populate a word template with the values you want to use.

populating a word template would make the power automate flow premium because its a premium license feature. 1 premium licence is enough to do this:

maybe this can help for the word:

if my reply helped please mark as verified,

    cheers
