If you already have the leave dates (start and end) and the emails, it should look like this.

thank you for the response. Could you share how that would look please? in a flow?
You can use the action "create event" from the Office Outlook 365 connector, then select the employee and supervisor as attendees, in the advanced options you can select it to be an all-day event.
