I am having a problem getting this part of the flow to work.

I have set up a flow to create and New Team & Channel and within this new channel I want folders to be created too. The final hurdle is the Send HTTP request to SharePoint.

I don't have access is the problem - I am SharePoint Admin but this makes no difference. I have added a 1 minute delay after the creation of Team and Channel.

This is the error that comes up - clearly a permissions error. I just don't know what I am missing.

I appreciate any help/advice anyone is able to give.

Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint

In the interface the Files Tab location/Channel folder provisioning doesn't get initialized until somebody clicks on the Files Tab.

You might be able to check the status by using a condition action and use the Get filesFolder method of the Graph API for your newly created channel:

In the meantime I will have a look if you can force that initialization from a flow as well.

    Happy to help out 😁

Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint

here is the flow - I have added myself as a member to the new team and made me owner too. I am SharePoint Admin - Just cannot work out what permission I am missing. The send HTTP Request is within the apply to each to create multiple folders

It could be that the url that is created for the new site is different to what I am expecting it to be.... I am very new to all this and have relied heavily on chatGPT so far

In regards to how I am using the authentication within the flow - I don't know - sorry - like I said very new

Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint
Can you share the full workflow so we can better understand the issue?
It seems your flow account doesn't have edit access to the SharePoint site.

Send an HTTP Request to SharePoint

How do you use the authentication within the flow ? if you only use your account, it's your action.
403 means you are trying to do something wrong.
