Sending unique attachments from SharePoint based on Excel sheet

Hi everyone, looking for some guidance for this flow I am trying to create. 

 

I have an excel sheet with name, email and file name.

The flow I created below sends the emails but for the second row, it sends both attachments instead of only "k - 0829.pdf"

Is there are way to only send the file that appears in the row for each email address? Thank you for the help!

    Thanks @DamoBird365 , that makes a lot of sense. However when I changed it to set variable instead of append, the flow just kept running without sending an email. Do you know why this would happen? BTW nice youtube channel, very informative as well! Thanks for your help!

    Hi @ssura123 

     

    No problems.  Here is a screenshot of all 3:

    By update I mean set variable - i.e. the middle one.

     

    In terms of functionality, set will overwrite the existing value(s).  Append will add to the existing.

     

    If I have a variable set to A and I set it to B, the value will be B.  If I then append C, the value will be BC.

    Sorry for my ignorance, still new to this. What is the difference between update and append? Is there a specific operation I should choose?

    Hi @ssura123,

     

    rather than append to array, update the array/variable.
