Hi I know that there is certification and training available for Power Apps

but I can not find any for the Power Apps Portals.
Where do I need to look for that?

If you search for Portals you will find specific training on it: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/browse/?products=power-platform&terms=portals
There is no certification exam (yet) dedicated for Portals, I would love to see that but haven't really seen anything.
