Creating reminder email in for each

Hi All,

 

I was wondering if anyone has a workaround for creating email reminder after 1 day for the following if the approval is still pending. If i were to run concurrently with my start and wait for an approval, it will delay my flow to the other approvers if my 1st approver approve within the day itself.
