Display the notes of a record just created through a form

Hello all,

I've set up a form on my Power Pages site.  Once a user enters their data into the form, I want to then redirect the user to a page which shows them the notes of that newly-created record.  Does anyone know if that is possible?

    Hi @Straham7 ,

We are a bit unclear about your Query,

But as per our understanding, You are looking for the functionality in which the user need to redirect after creating a record to its related notes,

To resolve this query, set the "on success" redirect to use the query string of the newly created record. You need to design a form that includes a subgrid displaying related notes for the record or if Notes is any field then add the same on the form.

Subsequently, configure the "On Success" settings in Portal Management.

Please refer to the screenshot provided below.

    Thanks for the response,

You are correct that I would like to redirect a user after creating a record.  But is there a way I can show only the notes of the related record on the redirected page?

EDIT: Actually, my above question can be ignored.  With your help, I was able to figure it out.

I was able to configure the "Result" form of this table in Power Apps to hide any unneeded fields.  That way, I could display only the Notes subgrid.  Then, I could configure the form to redirect to the Result form upon success.  When it redirects, this should show only the notes of that record, thanks to the "Append Record ID" setting that you pointed out to me.

    Thanks for your help!
