I have a Sharepoint List Kanban Board visual that I use to track my team´s tasks progress. We go through it every week in a meeting. I would like that 1 day before that meeting (meetings are on Wednesday 8 am) an email with an image of the state of the kanban Board is sent to the team so they can prepare better. Right now I am doing it manually by taking a screenshot the kanban that is in the Sharepoint Website similar to the following:
My current workflow is as follows, I have no clue how to add the visual of the Kanban without me taking a screenshot manually.
the condition is: if calendar UID is equal to = ( the id of my event)
