Unable to save when attempting to toggle PWA on

Whenever I try to turn on the progressive web app for my site I get an endless loading spinner and a heading that says, "Unable to save". All updates have been applied. Any ideas what the trouble might be? Or is this a support ticket thing.

Thanks in advance for ideas!

    Hi @greggdavenport,

the only thing you can try is create a new power page and see if it works there.

If it does, the support should be able to get details in the backend, if not I still think it's a bug from the product and a support ticket would be helpful. Mention the thread here inside the ticket for them to get a better understanding.

Thank you again @Jcook . I tried different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), but I get the same result. Package is up to date, cleared cache, restarted portal. Still not working.

Is it possible not having a custom domain might mess this up? Everything else in my go-live checklist is done but this. We're not sure we will go with a custom domain.

    Hello @greggdavenport

There are a few things to try before creating a MS ticket:

    1. Browser Issues: Sometimes browser cache or compatibility issues can cause problems with web applications. Trying a different browser or clearing the cache might help.
    2. Network Problems: Network connectivity issues might prevent changes from being saved properly.

Even try restarting your computer and reloading the Power Page.

    3. PowerPages Bug: It could be a bug within PowerPages itself, especially if the system is updated and the problem persists across different browsers.
