Hello

Does PowerApps subscription is needed even if user have Office 365 E3 licenses

Will that be possible, If I enroll only developers in PowerApps subscription plan and develop application and release that application to end users

Does end users need PowerApps subscription as well?

The Office 365 Power Apps licences have limited use rights - Refer to the "Power Apps use rights included with Office 365 licenses" section of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Licensing Guide link is on this page https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/pricing-billing-skus

Where things usually fall to pieces with the limited use rights, is that they usually do not allow use of the Premium connectors. i.e. it doesn't matter that you make the app with a full licence, your users will only have the ability to use those features that the limited use rights give them access to.

Hi @Dhananjay_Patil ,

The simple answer is if you use "Dataverse" then powerapps subscription is required. It is applicable to end-users as well because they are going to interact with dataverse data.
