Inquiry Regarding Potential Costs for Power Pages Implementation

I am currently evaluating the implementation of Power Pages, an application within the Microsoft suite, in my business environment. Currently, my development setup is functioning smoothly, allowing users to access web pages as private sites when shared with permissions.

However, before proceeding further, I would like to gain a comprehensive understanding of any potential additional costs associated with this implementation. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on additional fees, licensing requirements, or any other relevant financial aspects that I should consider.

Please note that the users accessing these pages will be internal, not external, and data management is currently conducted through SharePoint lists.

Thank you in advance for your assistance in providing this information.

Best regards,

I'm not sure of which environment you are using but normally it should expire after 30 days and hence you will be forced to purchase. Powerpages plans are based on authentication profiles.

I wonder who are the ones who decide the prices at Microsoft? These prices seem excessive and incomprehensible to me.

    Hi @Mamulcuer ,

For pricing you can check this from Microsoft Power Pages Pricing | Microsoft Power Pages.

For managing you data that will require using the Dataverse and if you want to keep your data on the SharePoint then you have to link the tables from SharePoint to the Dataverse as virtual tables.

Like @Mamulcuer , I want to know what are potential additional costs when I publish a Power Pages site exclusively for authenticated users. I understand that I would pay $200 for every 100 authenticated users per month, but is there any other potential costs I should consider? I know that I wanted to add some Power Automate flows to the site, and I will pay $15 per month. What other costs I should anticipate when I scale the user portal to 500 or 1,000 users? That's the big question I have, just like Mamulcuer wonders about.
