Hello,
I am having a problem with Power Automate. I want to file all of our purchase orders on Sharepoint and everything connected to them. I have already taught it to read multiple types of documents and the content of each, then determine how to handle the document based on what it is looking at. It should then file the document in a folder, 1 folder for each purchase order and everything connected to it. Everything connected to the same purchase order goes in the same folder.
The problem is that there may be multiple packing slips for the same purchase order, and currently the AI will assign each file the same name. I need it to add a 2 or 3 or really anything to the end of the file name so that each packing slip becomes a unique file.
I tried putting it in a separate folder and then using a Move function since this seems to have a rename function built in, but it keeps giving me and error saying it cannot verify the source object.
What can I do?
Hi @meskerkj
To distinguish files with different names, you could add the exact time after the file name.
For example:
