Error in creating a site

Hi All , I am a system administrator in my environment but I cannot create a site because whenever i try to click on create a site i keep getting this message , "you don't have required permission to create Azure active directory applications in this tenant", and all my functions are disabled. Someone please do assist me on this issue. I have placed an image of my error in below:

    Even though you are a System Administrator in your Dynamics 365 environment, the error "you don't have required permission to create Azure Active Directory applications in this tenant" suggests that you lack the necessary permissions in Azure Active Directory (AAD) to create or manage Azure AD applications, which are essential for Power Pages (formerly Power Apps portals).

    Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you resolve this issue:

    1. Verify Azure AD Role Assignment
    As a System Administrator in Dynamics 365 CRM, you also need appropriate roles in Azure Active Directory to create and manage Azure AD applications. Ensure you have one of the following Azure AD roles:

    Global Administrator
    Application Administrator
    Cloud Application Administrator
    These roles are required to create or manage Azure AD applications.

    Steps to check your role:

    Go to the Azure portal: https://portal.azure.com.
    Navigate to Azure Active Directory > Roles and administrators.
    Search for your account and verify if you have one of the roles mentioned above.
    If you don’t have these roles, you’ll need to request your Azure AD administrator to assign you one of these roles.

    2. Request Admin to Enable App Registrations
    If your tenant policies are configured to restrict app registrations for users, this could be another reason for the error.

    An Azure AD admin needs to ensure that users have the permission to register apps. Here’s how an admin can check and enable this:

    Go to the Azure Active Directory in the Azure Portal.
    Click on User settings under Manage.
    Under App registrations, check if Users can register applications is set to Yes. If not, the admin will need to enable this.

    3. Contact Tenant Admin for Support
    If you are unable to assign roles or adjust settings yourself, you may need to contact your organization's Azure AD administrator. They can:

    Assign the required roles (Global Admin, Application Admin, or Cloud Application Admin) to your user.
    Enable Users can register applications under the User settings for app registrations.
    Ensure no policies are restricting app registrations.

    4. Create the Azure AD Application Manually
    If you can’t get the necessary permissions, you can ask an Azure AD admin to create the required Azure AD app manually. They can create it in the App registrations section of the Azure portal and provide the required credentials (App ID, Tenant ID, etc.) so you can continue setting up the Power Pages site.

    5. Review Conditional Access Policies
    Sometimes, Conditional Access Policies can restrict actions such as app creation. Ask the Azure AD admin to review any Conditional Access Policies that might be blocking your permissions.
