    Hey @v-jefferni !

This is a CV Creator in which I need to copy some items from collection (Work Experience, Education etc) to one word file.

I would like to copy at least three records from collection inside one WORD Template and also some of records which are unique like Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Skills.

I need to say, that I won't need All records from Collection and It can provide me only Three newest records from collection. So each place in word can be hard-coded for 1,2 and 3 values from group.

(I'm using PowerApps and Power Automate)

Database Table from which I need those records:

Place to copy Collection Items inside Word template:

    Hi @M33how ,

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Would you like to copy the whole gallery items to a single word template? Or maybe each gallery item populate one word template?

If you would like to copy the whole gallery items to a single word template, I'm afraid there is no way to achieve your needs. For now, you could fill a word template in which with Plain Text controls from certain content in PowerApps through MS Flow Word Online (Business) Connector. Please refer to below blogs to know how:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/generate-word-documents-in-your-flows/

If you would like each gallery item populate one word template and generate a document, yes it is possible to achieve through MS Flow. I created a simple flow to demonstrate:

    38.png

This Flow would create a document in my OneDrive certain folder, with the name and contents defined in PowerApps.

    Hope this helps.
