Publishing/deploying new custom connector version

Hi, I'm looking for the correct way to publish/deploy a new version of our custom connector. The custom connector is already included in the PowerPlatformConnectors repository and has been publicly available for some time now. However, since the deprecation of "ISV Studio", it is unclear what steps to take to update the connector.

What are the steps? Where can I find documentation about this?

Until some time ago, we would have a contact person in "ISV Studio". Where can I find our contact person now?
