Project requests – Forms to Planner with Power Automate (attachements)

We are using a single Microsoft Form to accept project requests. I'm currently using Power Automate to populate that Form's submission into a Planner Task. On the form, we accept attachments, and I'd like for the attachments to come into the Task so that everyone can access it.

I'd also like to add a condition that moves it into a specific Planner group based on an if/then statement – if "email" is selected in project type, then it goes into a different Planner group than if "print" is selected. I'm familiar with using Qualtrics/Zapier to make these types of connections and finding it difficult in Forms/Planner to navigate using Power Automate.

Jeffer – Unfortunately no. I haven't had luck with it connecting correctly.
