Power Automate Outlook to Planner - The URL inside the body of the email is not clickable in planner anymore

I created a flow that takes the body of an email and creates a planner task with the body of the email in the notes section of the task card. The body of the email contains hyperlinks (URLs) and I need them to be clickable in the planner notes section as well. I built a flow that used to work as I described but something changed a month or so ago and now I can read the URL text but it's no longer clickable. It now has brackets around it. I need to know how to include any clickable URLs included in the body of an email to also be clickable in the notes section of the planner task created via power automate. Please help.
