Iam new at power automate and i have this task I need a solution with it.
an excel sheet is OneDrive , and i need the workflow to be whenever new email entered in the table i need the flow triggered and take this email and send a message to this dynamic email.
I hope you Guyse gets the idea.

Unfortunately, Excel does not have any triggers to start a flow (e.g. when a new row is created in a table does not exist).
Can you trigger your workflow from something else (e.g. when a new email arrives or have a recurring flow that checks for new entries every day?)
