Hello, I have a problem with my Power Pages. When I launch a preview of my website, it displays this. The problem persists with all my sites. When I create a new one, everything works fine, but after a certain time, around 1 hour, the site starts to bug. Even when I change environments, it still happens. Do you know how to fix this issue?

    Hi @Ruben26

I think something is not properly configured.

There are a few ways to fix this issue. Try the first method and post the screenshot, will help you further.

Please enable the yellow screen of death (YSOD). Official URL:

Once done. Post the yellow screen message screenshot here.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi @Ruben26

Thanks for the screenshot. The message is clear. Your portal is disabled / expired.

    1. Once you are in the https://make.powerpages.microsoft.com/

    2. Press Ctrl + F5 - hard refresh

    3. Check the Power Pages site expiry date

    4. If you see a message like the one below, then you need to move your data to different environment to get the copy of your work.

Thank you, I believe my site had indeed expired. I have converted it to production as they suggested, but now it is displaying an error. Additionally, could you please explain how to transfer a site to another environment?

    sure @Ruben26

Two ways to solve your issue

    1. Raise a case to the PowerApps team. They can enable the site for you and convert it to production.

    Official URL: Please click here

    2. To move your site to a new environment. There are various ways. I have just recently answered the simple way.
