Automate AR Collections process

I'm trying to automate my AR Collections email process.

I have a SharePoint List, which I will update weekly. In that list, there will be a client name, email address, and invoice number. I'd like the invoice number in that list to be looked up in a SharePoint library of PDF'd copies of invoices. Then, an email will be created and sent with the invoice PDF attached. Attached is what I've got built so far. I can get it to work but it's not attaching the correct PDF; it's only choosing the first file.

    Hi @NJ74 ,

You could send the email directly in the "Apply to each" that gets the attachment content without using a variable.

    Hi, Jessica.

I've got it all working now and it's almost perfect. If I have multiple invoices going to the same email address, it sends it multiple times, each time adding the next invoice attached.

Example: I have myself in there as the email address and tested with three invoices. First one sends fine with one attachment. Second one sends with first attachment and second attachment. Third email comes with all three PDFs attached. My preference would be either one attachment per email OR (ideally) one email with multiple attachments. Any idea how I could make that happen?

    Hi @NJ74 ,

Did you add the “initialization variable” action?

Thank you, Jessica. The append to array variable won't let me name it to save it. What am I missing?

    Hi @NJ74 ,

You could set an array variable in flow to store corresponding pdf files. I have a test for your reference, please refer to the screenshot:
