"No form layout found" - adding form

hi all,

trying to add a form to my PA Portal. and i choose the Table and under the "Form" dropdown it's just blank and says "no form layout found"

what am i missing here? i'm guessing there is something within the dataverse table i need to activate or something?

can someone point me in the right direction

Hi @mrleetyler

It is due to the portal cache. Try to do the hard refresh which is ctrl + f5 together.

If the problem persist then close the portal studio tab and open it again.
