Portal conversion from trial to production unable to assign licence

Hi,

I have a trial portal in a production environment and (finally) I am ready to convert it to production.

I am the global admin and I have purchased the "power apps portals login capacity add-on" license

But as you can see from the picture I cannot assign the licence. The "assign licence" is greyed out and it does not appear in the list when I go to my user in the m365 admin centre.

When I hit the convert button it says that I do not have the appropriate licence to upgrade to production.

Can anyone help?

Hi @matthu

Have a look at the below thread where I mentioned using Azure how you can assign the license.

In addition, you can go to the power platform admin centre and under capacity, you can assign license or app passes for your environment.
