Using Sent on behalf of feature

I have several flows which kick off email notifications.  I'm using the "From (Send as)" feature, so users get an email from our SharePointonline service instead of me.  The problem is that all of those notifications appear in my sent folder and there are a TON of them.  I set up an Outlook rule by email subject to send those "sent" items directly to my deleted folder, but it's not working, and I think it's because I'm not really sending the emails; they are being sent on my behalf by SharePointonline.  Is there anything I can do with the flow to stop these notifications from appearing in my sent folder?  Thanks!

I just set up a test flow as you suggested, and it is still showing it is sent on my behalf by SharePointonline. I'll check with our IT department to make sure this is really a shared mailbox, and if not, we'll get it set up.  Thanks so much for your advice!

    Hi @smcgill ,

Can you try using the Use Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2) action in your flow:

And check that you also have the Send As permission, in addition to Full Access.

We are already using a shared mailbox and I have full access.  The "From (Send as)" field is under "Show Advanced Options" in your screenshot above, and looks like this:

The email in my sent folder shows that I sent it to the individual's name, and it looks like this:

    Hi @smcgill ,

    Try the following:

    (1) Use a shared mailbox

A shared mailbox won't consume an MS 365 license. An existing mailbox can easily be converted to a shared mailbox by your Exchange Admin.

    (2) Send As and Full Access permissions

Under the mailbox delegation settings, get your Exchange Admin to add your user account to the Send As and Read and manage (Full Access) permissions.

    (3) Use Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2) action

The Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox:
