Hi @cece,
I'm afraid Flow's existing connectors and operations do not meet your needs.
Extracting elements from an E-mail's HTML table is not currently supported.

Can you plaese confirm in which form did you receive data in body of Email? for see data receive in flow use Html to text converter
After seen the data format than decided that how you can paste data in Excel.
