Retrieve email messages from Outlook and overwrite existing file(s)

By default, I am able to get the file attachment(s) by email and save it to the directory, but it suffixes the file name with a '(2)', for example. I want it to just simply retain the full file name and overwrite the existing file. Will this be possible? Below is my flow.
