Copy Table Permissions from one site to another

I have got 2 Power Pages sites.

I have already created everything for the 1st site, i.e. WebRoles and Permissions.  Many of those permissions are the same for the 2nd site.

It there a way I can copy the table permissions from one site to another??

I am browsing through Pages Management Studio and I can't seem to find anything.

It there a way to achieve this?

    Hi @Amad233 ,

    yes, there is a possibility.

If you use a Chromium based browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge), you can install the browser extension called "Level up for Dynamics 365/Power Apps".

Open your table permission record and open the browser extension.

Click on "CLONE RECORD" and your current record will be cloned into a new one.

Now replace all lookups that target site 1 with lookups that target site 2 (ALL of them!).

I am using this almost every day.

Another option would be an Excel import/ export.

Simply copy all those records in Excel and do a mass edit in Excel or in the Portal Management App (e.g. replace all lookups that target site 1 with lookups that target site 2).

There is no native way of achieving this, if you have maybe 10 or so permissions, I would actually just do it manually.

But if you really have a lot of them, I would check XrmToolbox, there is a tool called Portal Records Mover, you might be able to leverage that, but I haven't tried that specific scenario
