Not really, approvals have been already provided in previous steps.
That step is for checking if all approvers have approved.
Depending on condition you can see on screen (1)Outcome = Approved it sends an email to (Sharepoint)Created by Email entity with Subject: Your request has been approved or if 2)Approver = Null sends similar email with Subject: Your request has been rejected.

I assume you are using "Start and wait for an approval", and you want to send an email to all responders for the approval, then you can do this:
Also, depending on the expression you are currently using. There is no approvers property in the "Start and wait for an approval" body. This is why error shows the expression gets null.
