Much appreciated that you answered.
Not really, approvals have been already provided in previous steps.
That step is for checking if all approvers have approved.
Depending on condition you can see on screen (1)Outcome = Approved it sends an email to (Sharepoint)Created by Email entity with Subject: Your request has been approved or if 2)Approver = Null sends similar email with Subject: Your request has been rejected.
