I want to use the confirm email button on the profile page. When I click on it, it takes me to this page but it does nothing else.

I cant find 'Send email confirmation to contact' workflow. I was able to find an action but I dont know how to use it. Is this action same as what is described in step 5? Does anyone know how to make this work?
