Hello,

I have created a flow that uses AI builder to extract data from a pdf file. This flow automatically triggers when an item is created in the share-point list. The flow works well when one pdf file is dragged into the SP list, However it doesn't work when multiple pdf files are dragged into the SP list (it only works on one of them) - I am now trying to use the 'Apply to each' control, but not finding it easy - could anyone assist please with a solution?

Hi

Its very important to share your flow when you are having issues. Unfortunately just saying you cant make it work isn't enough.

While you can do what was suggested and use spit on, it is not always going to be the best option to do that.

So please share your flow, and context of what it should do, and also share your expressions, explaning why its not doing what you need in the apply to each., assuming that is where you are stuck.

make sure the split on = on

Split On allows Power Automate to handle each item in a trigger array individually—basically, it splits the trigger payload and runs the flow once per item.

Are the files added as attachments to the list?

Are you able to the see the list of files in your flow?

Can you show your flow?
