PowerAutomate Auto Fill Form

Hi All

I have a link we Email out to staff members to do a form response reminder, in the Email we put reference numbers etc, is there a way we can Automatically pull these details from the Email template and auto populate the form when they click the link with the REF numbers to avoid user error?

Hi @Stu_C ,

So in theory, you could have all the "IDs" or your "REF#s" in an excel table and loop through the table and send emails as a bulk process, or using something like this above to send emails ad-hoc one at a time depending on your needs and project.

Hi @Stu_C ,

Here's a very quick example to do this and I think you can take it as it or use the framework to solve your task. Here I have three compose statements, 1) the URL not including the ID, 2) the ID, and 3) the concatenation of both. In this example, I am using the URL of this post 😁.
