No Project selectable in Dynamics Customer Voice task for creating survey

Hello,

I want to integrate surveys in power apps. I started with forms, but there is a need to pass several variables for dynamic content to the survey. So I licensed Forms Pro which now is called Dynamics Customer Voice. The rename caused some confusion honestly.

Now I was able to use my own variables and set them into the survey form.

Creating a new flow the task to create a survey is now available, but it doesn't work.

Although a project in DCV is created and within a named survey the project is not found and can't be selected in the task.

Any Idea what I have missed? I have released the project and assigned a responsible user to it.

Hello,

I was able to solve it myself. I found by chance that since it's now connected to Dynamics I had to install and update the package in my environment configuration.

Hello,

it's a new Projekt. It wasn't available with standard name and isn't with changed name.
I created a ticket because I found no solution yet and it might be related to another problem with our environment for which I have created a ticket last week.

I will let you know how it got fixed. Fingers crossed, because there's some time pressure - as always. 🙂

Are they new projects or are they copies?

We saw some issues when the project are copied.
