How to filter data view dynamically based on user login

Hi,

BACKGROUND:-

I have employee details table which contain all company employee details along with manager name, email id column in it. I have created view in dataverse and shown in power pages. Whenever manager logins, he or she should see only his department data.

PROBLEM:-

But whenever manager logins, he or she sees all employee data. How to solve this issue. Ideally manager can see row which is against his name.

Kindly advise.

You will struggle to get this to work how you want unless you make your Employees Contact records and your Departments are Account records.

Hi @amolspawar,

you can use liquid for that which should be quiet easy to implement.
Fetch the table with your data
get the position of the manager with your user.id and an if condition
Use a filter on the FetchXML where you filter the column of your department or employee to the name of the loggedin user.
