I made a Boo Boo with Forms

Hi Everyone,

 

I could use your help...my boss asked me to make a form to sent around for a seminaire about security. Me, the genius made one and sent it to everyone. Not realizing that everyone who answered should get an e-mail with what they filled in and automatically placing the date in their agenda. So now i only have an excel with data and 200 people with no info haha. How could i make a power automate suitable for this occasion? i Should mention that the only important value is when it is. like:

 

Belgium 16/05 10 am

 

Netherland 17/05 15 am

 

Belgium 16/05 10 pm

 

Netherland 17/05 15 am

    you very well can do all of them,

    as far as i understood you have excel with the details of submitters with the records, iterate over the excel rows taken by excel activity and send them email looking at the place they belong you can send them timings as well.

    Yes, PA can do this without any issue, just build a small workflow where you use Excel file to open and send the email and need to point the right column containing the email address

     

    I'm not sure about the placing the timings in Teams, because you can't have get access to there calenders

    So, you need to send a reminder / info email to the 200 people, which already you have the data?
