Unable to filter Entity List for lookup columns for logged in user

Hey There (greetings of the day),
Hope you all are doing well, By the way Actually I have Book table which has lookup columns of Primary Reviewer table and Secondary Reviewer table and also Contact table as shown in below. (Note: Primary Reviewer table has lookup of Contact table) Same for Secondary Reviewer table.

You can see screen shots of Portal & Permission as follows :

Question : Now I want my Book List of portal to be filtered by matching or checking either Primary Reviewer's lookup value or Secondary Reviewer's lookup value with logged in user who is nothing but a Contact Record. (As you can see in above screen shot of portal that Greg is user who logged in so Books list should be filtered by seeing that Greg is there in Primary Reviewer column or Secondary Reviewer column If he is there in Secondary Reviewer's column then only those Book records should be shown that are related to Greg.  (Note: whether he is mentioned in Primary Review or Secondary Reviewer column It does not matter if he is mentioned or present into any of them column then all book records should be filtered and shown otherwise none of records to be shown.)

Looking forward to hear from you guys, Please do help me I am stuck very badly .......

You can't user the 'filter' options to achieve what you want, but what you can do (assuming you don't have other table permissions that invalidate this) is create 2 Table permissions - one for each lookup relationship - and then assign those Table Permissions to a Web Role that your portal use uses (your List or subgrid view will just be any additional criteria like status etc but not reference the Contact - the Portal security model will only show those records the Table Permissions give access to) .
