Power pages preview not loading

Hi,

I have been recently trying to create a website using power pages, the issue arises when I press preview button, it loads eternally and displays "Getting set up..". I've tried waiting for it indefinitely but no result, then I turned to admin center, the only thing close to the issue that I was able to find was in site checker's quick scan, tried changing the URL of the dynamics 365 but it is correct. I tried restarting the website but didn't work. I created a new webpage but still the same issue. The page is a "starter layout 1" template. If you had this issue or have any ideas, please share.

Hi @PacNick,

did you recently change the enviroments name/url via the admin center?

your environment name is included in the URL like yourenvironmentname.crm4.dynamics.com.

Could you also check the following points:

In case you changed that could you check if the website record is associated with your website?

In the admin center can you check if the page is listed within the correct environment?

Is you page listed as active page inside the power pages management app?

Hello @Lucas001,

No, the URL hasn't been changed recently. Environment name is indeed included in the URL, the website record is associated to my website, it's in the correct environment as well and the page is also listed in active pages.

Hi @PacNick,

has it maybe been resolved itself?

Is it only one page or are all/multiple pages effected in this or other environment?

Could you create a new portal and check if you come across the same issue?

Can you go to the developer settings and check if there are any strange errors in the console?
