I have a Planner with the following buckets

when a job moves from these buckets i would like to update a SharePoint list column so i can see the progress of a job. I have no idea if this is possible.

thanks in advanced

    Hi guys,

    Any update for a new trigger when a task is moved from one bucket to other bucket?

    Thanks!

    @Nat

    Looking for the same scenario, I'm afraid I couldn't find any trigger 'When a task is moved from one bucket to other'.

    I just implemented a non-real time workaround, that is to run a schedule flow every night to sync planner tasks with the SP list I have as its backup, where I also store the bucket. Now, I believe I could identify items whose bucket changed by setting 'Version history' activated on my SP list, and by means of a new feature recently received by Microsoft:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/run-a-flow-when-a-sharepoint-column-is-modified/

    Hope this helps

    Hi @Nat

    Currently the planner connector in Power Automate does not support a trigger for change of task bucket or updates on the task except for when it is assigned to the user creating the flow or if it is completed and hence this is not doable with the current capabilities of the connector. If you think this should be added as a feature, you can create an idea post or upvote existing similar ones here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Ideas/idb-p/MPAIdeas

    Hope this Helps!
