The BOT is no more running on the webdemo et production website..

Hi,

 

I have a bot in production from 6 months ago but suddenly he stop working properly. (no recent publish) 

The window displays a furtive message with "connecting" and after that, nothing... stay blank.

 

when i test the bot in the studio all is ok but when i'm opening the demo website, i encountered the same problem...

 

I have this problem since 5 days ago...

if someone have an idea..

    Can you check your browser for any client side errors?

    i've tried why my Iphone, with edge and chrome, on several computers and networks,   the window is only blank no error message.

    when I'm looking in debug mode on the demo website i've this message but its seems not to identified as the problem source.

    when i try the bot in the studio , all works properly

    Check for any errors in the browser's "Developer Tools"

    Can you see any errors or timeouts in the network tab?

    is the web security channel the setting for "require secured access" is on disabled

    Hi,

     

    Integrate the Azure Open AI Apis chatbot in Model Driven Application.

     

    Any have integrated this before?

     

    If yes , Please share the steps and best approach
