Good day!
Main problem is every time I open the app using the web link it always ask for SP Permission even refreshed. Any one have already solution for this?

Do you want to avoid the data source permission pop-up window?
Actually, it is by design. Every time you login, the Power Apps will check the permission and connect users to the data source if it is permitted.
If you want to make the permission window appear only once, I could only find a workaround using PowerShell.
To use the PowerShell, you have to have administration account on your machine and be a Global Administrator of your Office 365 tenant.
