Hello, the issue that I am having with the Task’; Get user profile (V2).
It seems that everyone within mine organization it is processing fully but everyone outside with a different email address is receiving the below error.
How can this be resolved or what do I need to change ?

The automated flow that I created is gathering all the incoming email addresses that we receive in our general mailbox in an excel list.
It is taking some information like subject, date/time, Sender (from), etc.

I hope that there is a solution to fix this error.

Unless you add all of your external contacts to AD (Entra ID), the Get user profile (V2) connector will never work for external contacts...
