Portal search functionality broken

Hello community!

Portal search functionalty has broken on one of my portals. Customer self service portal. It was working previously and I have not been doing any dev work related to search. Site settings all look ok and in browser console all I have is -

myportal.powerappsportals.com/_services/search/7b138792-1090-45b6-9241-8f8d96d8c372 500 (Internal Server Error)

Nothing is showing at all on the front facing web page (i.e. if nothing found a friendly message would usually appear).

Same goes for the search functionality in the My Support page (above the list of cases).

Hi @dokane ,

If you didn't change anything regarding search I would advise you to open a support ticket with Microsoft.

Please follows @OOlashyn advice and open a support ticket. I am wondering probably portal requires an upgrade, if it is a dev or test environment then please try my below article

Thank you both @OOlashyn @ragavanrajan

I have raised a support ticket and this morning I can see that the portal does require an upgrade so I will try that out now to see it that solves the issue!
